About Xera
Building follow-through into the plan.
I started Xera to make strength training easier to follow and understand. Today, Xera helps people plan workouts, record every set, and see how their strength is changing across their phone, the web, and supported watches.
That existing platform is the foundation. Your workout history, progression, personal weights, and training tools should remain useful whether you keep a goal private or decide to make it public.
Social Commitments are one vision for Xera’s next layer. You choose a structured plan, publish a personal progress page, invite two accountability buddies, and declare the goal before day one. An optional charity stake can put something extra on the line.
Completed workouts move the public plan forward and become a progress update scheduled for every Monday. The goal is not to create another noisy social network. It is to make your promise visible enough that disappearing becomes harder.
Social Commitments are not released yet, but Xera’s workout tracking and progression tools are available today. You can try the existing app while we decide what to build next.
